Deposit Required
A $50 deposit fee (applied towards service) is mandatory. This is to ensure that both you and I are on the same page about your appointment date and time. I have a 48 hours cancellation or reschedule policy which means you can cancel or reschedule before the 48 hours and the $50 deposit (-$1.75 processing fee) will be refunded back to you but if you cancel or reschedule within the 48 hours of the appointment you will NOT be refunded. So please plan accordingly and set your dates. After 15 minutes of a late/ no show appointment will be cancelled and deposit will NOT be refunded. Late Policy
We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, we understand! However, your tardiness can affect the day by delaying clients who come in on time. For this reason, we have set a few general ground rules for such situations. Clients will generally be allowed a 10 minute grace period. After that time, we will call to check in on you. If you are able to make it in time for your entire service to be completed, great! If not, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you. Appointments are in high demand and your timely cancellation will allow you, and other clients, access to timely services.
Canceling/Rescheduling your Appointment:
You may cancel/reschedule your appointment online (link is in your appointment confirmation) up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Late/Same Day Cancellations:
Any cancellation/reschedule within 48 hours will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services. Please call/text (832) 757-7566 ASAP if you have an extenuating circumstance that prevents you from showing up to your appointment.
No-Show:
A “No-Show” is a client who does not notify and/or does not show up to their scheduled appointment, resulting in a charge equal to 100% of their scheduled service(s). Failure to be present at your scheduled appointment time without notice, will be recorded in each client’s account as a “No-Show”. reLASH reserves the right to refuse service for any client who has more than one “No-Show” occurrence.
Pre-Authorized Card and Fees:
All clients are required to pay a $50 deposit and have a card on file in order to book appointments. This is a pre-authorized card that will only be charged in the event of any violation of our aforementioned policies.

Return Policy:
All sales final unless item is unused/unopened within 7 days. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Email info@relash.co if you have a return or exchange.
Shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours with documentation. Claims must include photos of package, shipping label, and contents immediately upon opening. We reserve the right to request additional verification.
Terms Of Service:
Once marked delivered, customer must contact carrier.
Claims require photo documentation.
Not responsible for lost/stolen packages after delivery.
